Why can I not see my Donation Station Lite donations in my GWD Customer Portal?

Donation Station Lite donation only appears in the portal once they have been uploaded.

🔶 All transaction approved and declined will appear in the GWD Customer Portal once your Donation Station lite has been connected to the internet and the transactions have been uploaded.

🔶 Ensure that all your donations have been uploaded by connecting your Donation Lite to Wi-Fi and uploading transactions

🔸Connect your Donation Station Lite to the Internet

🔸Upload offline and stored transactions

🔶 Donations will appear instantly in your "all transactions" report. You may need to refresh the GWD Customer Portal.
