# How do I enter specific characters when entering my network password?

## This article covers how to use the Donation Station Lite keypad to input text

#### 🔶 Enter Specific Characters using the Donation Station Lite keypad

The character mapping below determines how many times you need to press a button on the pin pad to enter the desired character.

E.g. if you wished to enter a lower case “c”, you would need to press the "2" button seven times.
