🔶 Updating your Donation Station
There are several features that you can update yourself on the Donation Station
🔸Change the pre-configured donation amounts.
🔸Enable and disable gift aid.
🔸Add, remove or modify Causes.
🔶 Manage you Donation Station Donor Journey
To update your Donor Journey, use the instructions below
🔸Log in to the portal.
🔸Select “Manage Devices” from the navigation menu. This will display all Donation Stations linked to your organisation.
🔸Find the Donation Station you would like to update using the Kiosk ID or the Kiosk Name and click "View Details". Click here to learn how to find this information:
🔸Select “Edit configuration”.
🔶 Change the Amount Buttons and Enable/Disable Gift Aid
🔸When asked to enable Causes Click No
🔸Enter your donation amounts for that Cause. You can have up to four amounts or three amounts and the "other" button. Leaving an amount option blank will remove the button from the Donor Journey.

🔸Choose to enable or disable gift-aid
🔸Restart the Donation Station for Changes to apply
🔶 Add and remove Causes
🔸Click Edit Configuration
🔸Click Yes to Add Causes
🔸Give your Cause a name, e.g. “Christmas appeal” and select Continue
🔸Enter your donation amounts for that Cause. You can have up to four amounts or three amounts and the "other" button. Leaving an amount option blank will remove the button from the Donor Journey.

🔸Choose to enable Gift Aid for a Specific Cause. Some causes you may not be able to claim gift aid against
Please note, there should be more than one cause for a donor to choose from
🔸Causes have now been activated on the Donation Station
🔸Restart the Donation Station for Changes to apply
