How do I make an online donation on my Donation Station Pro?

Learn how to launch the Donation Station app, connect to the internet and make a donation

Once your device is turned on, you will see a Launch Donation Station Icon on the screen

🔶 1. Launch the Donation Station software app

🔸Double click the Launch Icon to open the Donation Station Quick Start Tool

🔶 2. Connect to Wi-Fi 

If you are using the Donation Station on Wi-Fi, click the connect to a network button.

🔸a. Select your Wi-Fi from the list.

🔸b. Enter the password for the network and tap connect.

🔸c. Once the Donation Station is connected to the internet it will update the status to "online"

🔶 3. Launch the Donation Station software

🔸a. Tap Launch. The Donation Station software will take a few seconds to load.

🔸b. Once live, if you have enabled "Causes" you will be able to choose a Donation Cause before choosing a donation amount.

🔸c. Next, pick an amount from three pre-determined values, or use the "other" button to input an amount.

🔸d. If enabled, choose if you would like to cover fees.

🔸e. When prompted, place your payment card or a smart phone's digital wallet onto the contactless logo to the right of touch screen.

🔸f. Wait for the screen to change to confirm payment has been taken and a thank you message.
