If you have any questions about your Donation Station or need any assistance, contact our support team. Our expert team deal with our devices every day, from hardware to software, we are at the end of the phone, or on email to speak with.
They are available for calls Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.
We aim to reply to all emails within two hours between these times.
