# How do I contact Support?

## You can get in contact by calling, emailing or using our support form

#### Contact Support

If you have any questions about your Donation Station or need any assistance, contact our support team. Our expert team deal with our devices every day, from hardware to software, we are at the end of the phone, or on email to speak with.

**They are available for calls Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00.**

We aim to reply to all emails within two hours between these times.

If our phones lines are busy, please leave a voicemail and someone will aim to get in contact within two hours between the above times.

**📞 Call**: 0114 553 1399 - Option 2 for Support, Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm.  
We also offer Weekend Support as part of our extra support packages.
