What features are available on my Donation Station Pro Donor Journey?

🔶 1. Optimise your Donor Journey

🔸The Donation Station has many optional features which allows you to customise the Donor Journey to best suit you organisation.

🔶 2. Attract Loop

🔸The Attract Loop is a great feature for in-situ donation devices as it draws in passers-by, without reliance on staff or volunteers. A series of changing photos that can draw in potential Donors and encourage them to donate to your cause.

🔶 3. Causes

🔸By activating Causes, you allow your Donors to select the cause to put their donation towards. This can increase engagement by allowing Donors to contribute towards a campaign that resonates. Seeing the impact of donations helps donors feel like they are making a tangible difference

🔸 Causes can be activated at any time through the GWD customer portal and you can learn about that here: How you update your Donor Journey. You can also contact support who can update your Causes for you.

🔶 4. Gift Aid

🔸Gift Aid allows you to increase your donations by 25% by capturing some key donor details and submitting them to HMRC.

🔸The Donation Station can collect Gift Aid information for you making the Gift Aid submission much easier.

🔸As standard, the Donation Station will ask your donor if they would like their information to remembered for future donations. This means all future donations made using that donor's card will be gift aided.

🔶 5. Email Receipt

🔸 For some Donors, getting an email receipt is very important. Your Donation Station can send Donors an email if you have this feature activated.

🔶 6. Conversation Starter

🔸 Donation Station is that it can gather the contact information of Donors so that you can continue to engage with them after they have donated.
