# How to switch the Donation Station Lite II on and off

## Instructions on how to turn the device on and off

The card terminal will power on automatically as soon as you connect it to power. To use the Donation Station Lite II without a power source you will need to manually power the card terminal on and off.

#### 🔶 Manual Switch on

🔸Locate the blue button on the left-hand side of the card terminal.

🔸Press and hold the button for 2 - 3 seconds.

🔸The screen will switch on, and the app will load the last fundraising mode \[link\] used.

#### 🔶 Manual Switch off

🔸At any time, you can reboot or switch the device off.

🔸Locate the power button on the left-hand side of the card terminal.

🔸Press and hold the power button.

🔸A menu will appear on screen prompting you to reboot or power off the card terminal

**Note: Tapping the power button just disables the screen. The device will still drain power unless turned off from the power menu.**
