What are the different fundraising modes on the Donation Station Lite II?

The Donation Station Lite II can be used in three modes to best suit your fundraising needs. You can switch between modes at any time to maximise flexibility

🔶 1. Changing fundraising mode

The Donation Station Lite II will boot up into the fundraising mode that was active when it was shut down but you can switch between fundraising mode at any time.

🔸Tap the "G" icon in the top left of the screen

🔸Enter the pin to access the menu

🔸Choose the mode you would like use to fundraise

🔶 2. Keypad mode

In Keypad mode, donors or volunteers choose the amount to be presented using the keypad. This is perfect for in-person fundraising, where the amount being donated may differ each time.

🔸To initiate a transaction, press the “Make a donation” button on the home screen to bring up the keypad.

🔸Enter the desired donation amount and press the tick. To go back, tap cancel in the top right.

🔸Tap or insert card to complete payment.

🔸The payment will either be Approved or Declined.

🔶 3. Suggested Amounts Mode

Suggested amounts mode allows you to set up to four pre-set amounts and an "Other Amount" button. This is great for self-service/semi unattended fundraising, allowing donors to quickly choose their preferred donation amount.

🔸To activate, tap the "G" logo, enter your pin to access the menu. Tap "Suggested Amounts" from the menu. If using for the first time you will be prompted to set up to 4 amounts and toggle the "Other Amounts" button.

🔸When you need to change the suggested amounts, tap the "G" icon in the top left of the screen, enter your pin code, and select change amounts. You can then edit, add, and/or remove the amount options.

🔸Tap save to confirm your changes.

🔶 4. Express Mode

Express Mode is perfect for scenarios where you need to take quick, repeatable donations of a single amount. Express mode requires no donor interaction with the screen. You just tap your card to complete the payment.

🔸To activate, tap the "G" logo, enter your pin to access the menu. Tap "Express Mode" from the menu. If using for the first time you will be prompted to choose the amount that you want presented.

🔸When you need to change the Express amount, tap the "G" icon in the top left of the screen, enter your pin code, and select change amounts. You can then edit the amount.

🔸Tap the tick to confirm your changes.
