The Donation Station Lite range is designed to help you fundraise in any situation, regardless of the availability of an internet connection.
IMPORTANT: If you plan on fundraising in an area where there is no internet connection available, you will need to ensure that you switch to Offline Mode BEFORE fundraising. If the device is not connected to the internet and is not in Offline mode, then all transactions will fail.
🔶 Collecting a Donation
🔸The process is the same when taking donations in online or in offline mode

🔸Ensure your Donation Station lite is connected to the internet or in offline mode. 🔸From the home screen, enter the donation amount in pence. 🔸For a £3 donation enter 300 on the pin pad. 🔸Press the green button to start the transaction. |

| 🔸The contactless symbol will appear, and your Donor can tap their payment card or digital wallet. |  |
| 🔸The Donation Station Lite will bleep and let you know if the donation has been approved or declined. | |
| 🔸Once the transaction is complete, the Donation Station will return to the home page ready for another donation. |
