# How do I take donations on my Donation Station Lite?

## The Donation Station Lite range is designed to help you fundraise in any situation, regardless of the availability of an internet connection.

**IMPORTANT:** If you plan on fundraising in an area where there is no internet connection available, you will need to ensure that you switch to Offline Mode **BEFORE** fundraising. If the device is not connected to the internet and is not in Offline mode, then **all transactions will fail.**

#### 🔶 Collecting a Donation

🔸The process is the same when taking donations in online or in offline mode

| 🔸The contactless symbol will appear, and your Donor can tap their payment card or digital wallet. | ![P1011637](https://help.gwd.team/hs-fs/hubfs/P1011637.jpg?width=688&height=516&name=P1011637.jpg) |
| 🔸The Donation Station Lite will bleep and let you know if the donation has been approved or declined. |  |
| 🔸Once the transaction is complete, the Donation Station will return to the home page ready for another donation. |  |
