[Donation Station Lite II Setup](https://help.gwd.team/donation-station-lite-ii?hsLang=en#donation-station-lite-ii-setup) # Using the Donation Station Lite II for the first time ## This guide goes through the process of turning on and setting up the Donation Station Lite II for the first time #### **🔶 First Time Setup** Before you can start taking donations, you will need to turn on the Donation Station Lite, connect to the internet and set up a unique pin code. 🔸**a.** Gently slide the cable out from bottom of enclosure being careful not to unplug it from the card terminal. 🔸**b.** Plug the cable into a power source: the power adapter and wall socket or the optional power bank. **Note: If turned off, the card terminal will power on when plugged into a power source** 🔸**c.** The Donation Station Lite II will prompt you to either connect to Wi-Fi or continue with Mobile Data (4G). The Donation Station Lite II must be connected to the internet to continue 🔸**d.**  Once connected, you will be prompted to create a unique pin. 🔸**e.** Next choose the fundraising mode: Keypad Mode, Suggested Amounts Mode, or Express Mode.
