Yes! You can enable Causes on your Donation Station which will give your Donors the option to choose the destination of their donation. You can also add Thank You messaging options for donors with this feature too.

🔶 1. What are causes?
🔸When enabled, Causes give the Donor up to four options that they can pick from before choosing how much to donate.
🔶 2. Are they right for me?
🔸Causes can increase Donor engagement with your charity by allowing them to choose a campaign that resonates with them.
🔸Seeing the impact of their donation can make a Donor feel like they are making a tangible difference.
🔸This can lead to Donors being more generous.
🔶 3. How do I activate causes?
🔸You can activate causes yourself by updating your Donor Journey in the GWD Portal.

🔸 Alternately you can contact support and let us know what Causes you would like your Donors to pick from. This will be changed for you remotely.
🔸When donors select a cause it will be visible in your Donation report which you can download from the customer portal.
