Why do my donations keep declining on my Donation Station Lite?

You Donation Station Lite must be connected to the internet or in Offline Mode

🔶 The Donation Station Lite will decline donations if there is not enough money on the Donor's card, if the Donor's card has been flagged as stolen, or if the Donation Station Lite is neither in Offline Mode nor Connected to the internet.

🔶 If the Donation Station Lite keeps declining transactions, ensure that the Donation Station Lite is connected to the internet.

 🔶 Check the Wi-Fi Symbol in the top left of the screen in white instead of grey.

🔶 If you are using the Donation Station Lite in an area with no internet then the Donation Station Lite must be in offline mode.

🔸"Offline Mode" will be present on screen.
