Exit the Donation Station App
To secure your Donation Station the only way to exit the app is to use the secret touch and use the local password to access manager menu.
🔶 1. Tap the screen using this “secret touch” sequence
🔸1. top middle, 2. right middle, 3. bottom middle, 4. left middle.
🔶 2. A login panel will appear with two tabs and select “Local Login”
🔶 3. Enter the Password. Your Local Login password can be found in the delivery email sent with your device.
If you no longer have this, please contact support to request it.
Tip: When entering the password, if you do not see dots appear in the field when using the on-screen keyboard, you need to tap within the password box first.
🔶 4. Select "Exit Genkiosk" and then "Continue"
🔶 5. You will then be presented with the Windows Sign in screen. Press the "Sign In" button to log in to the standard Windows Desktop.
Tip: If you do not see the button, swipe from bottom of the screen upwards to reveal it.
Relaunch the Donation Station App
🔶 1. When back on the desktop double tap the "Launch Donation Station" icon. This will open the Donation Station Menu.
🔶 2. Tap "Launch Donation Station". This will launch the app, download and update any changes to your Donor Journey.
🔶 3. Happy Fundraising with your updated Donor Journey.
