How do I find my Lite II information?
This article goes through how to find the Kiosk ID, Name and other information on your Lite II
Finding information about you Lite II is very easy and can be done through the settings menu.
🔶 Finding the Information
🔸Tap the "G" logo in the top left of the screen to access the menu.
In some modes you may need to exit the mode before you can access the menu.
🔸Select "Device Settings" from the menu
🔸Select "About this Device" to open the device information
🔶 Information available
🔸Kiosk ID - This is the ID of your device and will match donation report on the GWD Portal
🔸Kiosk Alias - This is the name of your device and will match donation reports on the GWD portal. Contact support if you would like to change this.
🔸Merchant Account - This is the Account ID for you Latpay Merchant account
🔸Device Serial Number - This is the Serial Number of the card terminal
