Learn how to upload any offline donations to complete the transaction process
ℹ️ When you've been taking offline donations, it is very important to regularly connect the device to Wi-Fi and upload them for processing.
Offline Donations must uploaded at least every two weeks. Donations older than 14 days are at risk of being declined or rejected.

🔶 1. Exit the Donation Station App
🔸Exit the Donation Station App using the secret touch and local password.

🔶 2. Launch Donation Station Menu
🔸Double tap the launch Donation Station Icon.
🔶 3. Check the internet connection
🔸a. To upload offline donations your Donation Station must be connected the internet. You can check the connection by looking at the network connection symbol in the task bar.
🔸b. You can connect to the internet by clicking change network, selecting your Wi-Fi name and inputting your Wi-Fi password.
🔶 4. Upload Offline Donations
🔸a. Select "Upload Offline Donations".
🔸b. The software will check your network connection.
ℹ️ If the Donation Station was already connected to the internet, this step is skipped.
🔸c. The Donation Station software will let you know how many transactions are stored and will count down the transactions until they are all uploaded.
You've now uploaded your offline transactions!
🔶 5. Re-launch the Donation Station Software
🔸a. To return the device to accepting donations, select "Go Back".
🔸b. On the next screen, select "Launch Donation Station Offline" to re-launch the software.
🔸c. The Donation Station can now be returned to its original position out of Wi-Fi network connection to take more donations.
ℹ️ You can view all the donations taken through your GWD Donation Stations on the GWD Customer Portal.
