Collecting donor email addresses allows you to build lasting relationships and unlock further fundraising potential. With the Donation Station, you can invite donors to stay in touch — right at the point of giving.

Engaging donors after they give is a proven way to increase lifetime support — whether that’s through newsletters, volunteering, or regular giving. The Donation Station makes this easy by offering an email opt-in prompt after a donation is made.

🔸You can ask questions such as:

    • “Would you like to stay in touch?”

    • “Sign up for our newsletter?”

    • “Want to hear more about our work?”

🔸Donors who opt in can also be asked a follow-up question.
This gives you a chance to learn more about their interests — for example:

    • “Would you like to hear about volunteering?”

Once you’ve started collecting emails, it’s easy to access them through the GWD Customer Portal.

Just download your Marketing Report, which includes:

    • Donor email addresses

    • Time/date of opt-in

    • Responses to follow-up questions
