🔶 2. Designing Your Branding Panels

🔸Option A: Design It Yourself

You can design your own panels using our templates.
Templates are available via your customer welcome email or by contacting support.

Self-service templates will be available directly from our Help Centre very soon.

We recommend:

🔸 Using high resolution images and logos (1MB+ file size is best).

🔸 Keeping the message simple and clear for donors.

🔸 Saving your design as a PDF or high-quality image before submitting.

We'll review all designs before printing, and can help with simple changes like colour blocks or text edits.

🔸Option B: Let Us Design It for You

If you'd prefer a designer to handle everything, we offer a branding design package.

This includes:

🔸 Design of all panels.

🔸 Design of your attract loop (the screensaver video).

🔸 Printing and delivery.

What we’ll need from you:

🔸 Your logo (high resolution PNG, JPEG or TIFF).

🔸 Your brand guidelines.

🔸 Any images you want to use (high resolution only).

🔶 3. What Makes a Good Branding Design?

Here’s a checklist to help you get it right the first time:

🧡 Fundraising Message

🔸 Is there a clear call to action (e.g. “Tap to Donate”)?

🔸 Does it make clear this is a donation point, not a payment or information kiosk?

🔸 Are payment symbols included?

🔸 Is the message in plain English or your audience’s main language?

🔸 Does the message link to your cause or campaign?

🎨 Branding

🔸 Is your logo included and clear, not pixelated?

🔸 Are your brand colours and fonts used correctly?

🔸 Is the text large and easy to read?

♿ Accessibility

🔸 Is there good contrast between text and background?

🔸 Use a tool like colourcontrast.cc to check visibility for people with visual impairments.

📐 Layout

🔸Have you avoided key areas like drill holes and device edges? (use the plain template to check this)

🔸Is there enough space around text?

🔸 Have you spell-checked everything?

🔸 Recommended font sizes: 90pt for headings, 60pt for sub-headings

🔸 If you’re using other languages, has the translation been checked?

🔸 Is your imagery well-cropped (no cut-off heads)?

🔸 Have you included your charity number or the Fundraising Regulator logo if needed?

🖼️ Imagery

🔸 Are your images clear and high quality at 100% zoom?

🔸 Do they help tell your charity’s story?

🔶 4. Printing and Delivery

Once everyone is happy with the designs, and it's approved:

🔸 We’ll send it to our print partner in Sheffield.

🔸 They’ll print the panels and ship them to us.

🔸 We’ll include them with your Donation Station delivery – so it all arrives together.

Printing runs happen every Wednesday, with delivery the following Tuesday.
