🔶 When Launching the Donation Station, very rarely you may see this error.
🔶 To fix this error, the card terminal needs to be restarted
🔸Insert the pokey tool into the hole on the card terminal expansion and press firmly to turn off the card terminal.
🔸Close and relaunch the Donation Station app. You should see this image.
🔸Insert the pokey tool into the hole on the card terminal expansion and press for 3 seconds.
🔸The Donation Station will then check the status of the card terminal and then allow you to launch the Donation Station.
