This article covers how to upload any transactions that are stored on your Donation Station Lite
If you are taking online or offline donations it is best practice to upload any stored transactions at the end of each fundraising period to ensure accuracy of reporting. This process will upload any pending transactions and ensure all transactions are reported to the GWD Customer Portal
Ensure the device is connected to the internet before continuing. The Wi-Fi logo in the top left will be white instead of grey.

🔶 Upload Stored Transactions:
If the Donations Station Lite is in Express Mode, exit this mode by pressing 12123636 and returning to the home screen first.

🔸Enter the manager passcode. If you do not know what this is, then speak with your manager or contact our support team. | ![]() |
🔸Scroll to Upload Stored Transactions and press the green button. | ![]() |
🔸This screen will tell you how many stored transactions there are. 🔸Press the green button to start uploading the stored transactions. |

🔸Once completed, the device will return to the home screen. |
