This article covers the network requirements you will need to process or upload offline donations.
Your Donation Station lite primarily uses a Wi-Fi connection to process donations or to upload offline donations.
If you use offline mode to capture donations, you will move your device into a Wi-Fi area often to upload transactions, so the following steps will also apply.
🔶 Finding a good Wi-Fi connection
🔸 The Donation Station needs to be placed within range of the Wi-Fi router.
🔸The Wi-Fi must be secured with a password
🔸The Wi-Fi network must be transmitting on a 2.4 GHz band
If your network has a firewall, you will need to ensure that the below domains/IP’s are whitelisted/accessible through the firewall. They use port 80 and 443.
