What are the network requirements of my Donation Station Pro?

Your Donation Station typically uses a Wi-Fi connection, unless you upgraded your Donation Station with the 4G add-on.

If you use offline mode to capture donations, you will move your device into a Wi-Fi area often to upload transactions, so the following steps will also apply. 

🔶 Finding a good Wi-Fi connection

🔸1. Position the Donation Station within range of the Wi-Fi router
🔸2. The Wi-Fi must be secured with a password
🔸3. The Wi-Fi network must be transmitting on a 2.4 GHz band

If your network has a firewall, you will need to ensure that the below domains/IP’s are whitelisted, or accessible through the firewall.
They use port 80 and 443.
