What are the Network Requirements of my Donation Station Lite II?

This article covers the network requirements for firewall whitelisting.

Your Donation Station Lite II can connect to the internet via a Wifi network, 4G mobile data, and can even accept payments offline without a network connection. In the cases where offline donations are being taken, you will need to upload the stored payments via an internet connection at a later time.

If connecting the Lite II to a Wifi network with a firewall, you may need to ask you IT team to whitelist certain domains and IP addresses to ensure that the device can communicate with the various payment servers required to process payments. If this is the case, please provide the below information to the team who manage your network.

Note: the Wifi network should be a secure network with a password. Tokenised guest networks are not suitable.
