Why can I not see donations on my GWD Customer Portal?

All uploaded transaction will appear in your GWD Customer Portal

🔶 Upload the Donations

🔸 If your Donation Station Pro or Lite has been used in offline mode, then you will need to connect your Donation Station to the internet and upload all donations.

🔶 View all Transactions

🔸There are two types of transactions reports

🔸Approved Transations Only

🔸All Transations

🔸If you have uploaded transactions but that are waiting to be approved by the bank or have been declined, the transaction will only be visible in the All Transactions report.
