There are some situations where the Donation Station will not accept donations. Below are the most common reasons and some troubleshooting to help you get back to fundraising.

🔶 1. Donations cannot be taken at this time
Contact support to assist troubleshooting
🔶 2. No Internet Connection Available
If the Donation Station loses internet connection it will present this error screen
🔶 3. Please ensure the card reader is switched on
In older Donation Stations the card reader needs to be switched on separately. If the Donation Station is switched by the card reader is not it will display this error.
