My Donation Station has an internet error screen!

When used in Online Mode, the Donation Station will let you know if the internet connection drops and this page will help you get you Donation Station back online

🔶1. Exit the Donation Station App

If the Donation Station loses internet connection it will present this error screen

If this occurs exit the Donation Station App by using the secret touch.

🔶2. Check the internet connection

In the home screen you can check the strength and quality of the internet connection by tapping the network logo in the bottom right corner

🔶3. Reconnect to the Internet

🔸a. To reconnect to the internet, double tap the "Launch Donation Station" button on the home screen.

🔸b. Tap connect to the internet or change network

🔸c. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password

🔶 4. Improve the signal strength

If the signal icon only has 2 bars or less, you should move your Donation Station closer your Wi-Fi router
